Chip and Dale, those rascally Disney chipmunks, are riding in one of the rafts that takes you from Frontierland (Magic Kingdom) to the island (a pin-on-pin element). The "50th" is made of logs, and there's a white windmill on the left side of the background. The Walt Disney World logo can be seen in white on a dark background at the bottom of the background.
