The bottom layer is circle shaped with 4 colored outlines: green, cyan, magenta and yellow making a rainbow, the central part is sky blue. A white cloud appears horizontally in the middle, breaking through the edges, with 20 24 in yellow. Four smaller clouds show above and below, left and right. Mickey, pin-on-pin, stands in the middle between 20 and 24. He stands straight ahead, wearing magenta pants with 2 white buttons, his hands on his hips, laughing with his mouth open.
