Mickey's nephews are on the left with light tan, pink and light green paper hats. The cake is 3 layers with dark pink icing, yellow bones, yellow stars, bright blue polka dots, white piping and red fire hydrants. On the top is a glittery green "15" with orange and light orange flames. Pin measures approximately 2.5 x 2.5 inches.
