They are dressed in their Spring Voyage outfits, and look like they are posing for a picture. Behind them you can see ARABIAN COAST boat and parts of three of the Ports of Tokyo Disney SEA - American Waterfront, Cape Cod, and Mysterious Island.
In 2012, Tokyo DisneySea replaced their "Spring Carnival" with “Mickey and Duffy’s Spring Voyage". It centered around Mickey, Minnie, Duffy, and ShellieMay voyaging to three ports in the park to see how spring was celebrated around TDS. Each location had their own show: Mediterranean Harbor (Italy), American Waterfront (New York), and the Arabian Coast. Dates for the "Spring Voyage" events: 4/3-6/30/2012, 3/18-6/30/2013, and 4/2-6/23/2014. The "Spring Voyage" event was replaced by the "Duffy's Easter Fair" event.
