One of four HOLIDAY ORNAMENT pins released on 26 Nov 2021 by Disney Movie Insiders with a redemption cost of 750 points each. These round pins are weighty (gold metal alloy and enamel fill), with a separate hanger at the top for running a ribbon or cord to hang them as ornaments. By the way, that hanger at the top (shown with the ribbon running through it) does cause the pin to stick out from the board quite a bit. The characters are pin-on-pin elements.
This pin has a ribbon and can also be used as a Christmas ornament. Mirabel, from the animated Disney film, Encanto, is holding a butterfly. She's wearing her white peasant top and teal decorated shirt.
