This is a limited edition 5 pin set released at WDW Resorts and the Disneyland Resort. It features some of the characters from Beauty and the Beast: Belle in her village dress, holding a book; Maurice, her father; Gaston, looking suitably impressed with himself; the enchanted rose under its glass dome; and the enchanted mirror. The set comes in a burgundy velvet box.
