This is from the 2019 D23 Expo Tiny Kingdom mystery pin release which had a total of 22 black and white pins. Pins came in blind boxes that contained three random pins.
This pin is similar to #116295 which is an Annual Passholder Jumbo pin and lithograph set. The pin looks like a newspaper advertisement with the title DATEABLE. It is a light yellow color with people riding the Dumbo ride. The area circled in red (which is the actual pin for #116295) reads: Dateable/Open Every Day/Disneyland logo/The Happiest Place on Earth.
