These were released through Mickey's of Glendale and sold exclusively to D23 Gold Members. The outer border is dark cream color and looks like a snapshot. The background is iridescent blue, yellow, purple and orange. Janice has long yellow hair and dark red lips. She's wearing a glittery medium purple shirt and playing a dark cream color and bright blue bass guitar. Text at the bottom is her signature, "Janice" in black.
