Front Description
This pin is shaped like the state of California, with Mickey welcoming with open arms. Above Mickey, in black, it says TCI. Below Mickey, in black, it says "at Disneyland September 1988". TCI is a Tele Communications Company that started as two companies in 1958 and was based out of Montana. In 1968, the companies merged and relocated operations to Denver, when they took the name of Tele-Communications Inc (TCI). In 1991, they previewed the Disney Channel to their customers for free.
