The seat, special to each character sitting in it, and its post are a pin-on-pin element. This is riveted to the back and moves to look like the seat is on a spring. What you see in the photo is not the spring. The ground and bush are the background pin.
This (June) pin features Wicket the Ewok, from the Star Wars saga, sitting in a seat that looks like an upside-down Scout Trooper helmet.
Characters in this monthly series include the Genie from Aladdin, Oswald, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Wicket the Ewok from Star Wars, Mushu from Mulan, and Tinker Bell from Peter Pan.
