This pin was released at HKDL, and is part of a monthly birthday series done each year. This pin features Pluto, wearing a polkadot birthday hat, peeking out from behind a pile of colorful presents, with a large tag on the right side that reads "September 5 2021". There is no enamel behind Pluto, so the green background on the inside of the card shows through. There is various confetti and a banner on the front of the green background of the card.

The inside of the pin on the left side is gold sandblasted metal, with the HKDL logo. The right side of the inside of the pin is green and reads "Dear Pluto, HAPPY BIRTHDAY". There is a bone drawn above it, next to a cupcake and various pieces of confetti. There is a small magnet in the top right corner of the pin to keep it closed.
