This pin, with the special card backing, is given to Cast Members who go to the Contemporary for the Cast Portal training session, a WDW Cast Exclusive Web Site.
The pin is a square with a green Mickey head in the middle and reads Walt Disney World Cast Portal. Below the Mickey Icon, it reads https://enterpriseportal.disney.com/wdw. The backing card represents a computer screen that reads Check out Walt Disney World Cast Portal. The single online source for timely, accurate and revelant information.
This pin is given to WDW Cast Members who complete Content Editor training at the Disney University. These CM's are then responsible for keeping their work group's content up-to-date on the company intranet.
This pin was also given to cast members who filled out a quiz in the Eyes and Ears. Everyone who answered all the questions correctly was put into a drawing. 365 pins were given out for the first year anniversary of the cast portal.
The pin is not marked as a cast exclusive.......it simply has Official Pin Trading 2002 ~ ©Disney ~ Made in China on the back.
NOTE: Similar to pin #24266, but that pin has a darker metallic green Mickey head icon and it's a flat pin.
