Part of the large DISNEY PIN'VENTURE release at DLR in July 2024 that features Mickey and Friends venturing "through lands of enchantment, adventure, and exploration, searching for and collecting artifacts along the way." The entire release has a very outback feel in color and costume. Lots of browns and muted colors, and compasses everywhere! Each pin shows one or more Disney characters enjoying a different part of the park.
The eight-pin PIN'VENTURE Mystery set features Mickey and friends. Each box contained two random pins. When complete, the eight pieces form a puzzle with a background resembling a rough map of Disneyland. Each pin shows one or more Disney characters enjoying a different part of the park.
This pin features Mickey Mouse hiking past Frontierland and saluting as he passes the Big Thunder Mountain ride. It fits in the top row, second from the left.
Scenes include R2-D2 at Star Wars Galaxy's Edge, Mickey in Frontierland, Alice (in Wonderland) near the Sleeping Beauty Castle and King Arthur Carrousel, Chip and Dale between the Matterhorn Bobsleds and Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, Peter Pan's Captain Hook in New Orleans Square, Aladdin's Genie flying over the Jungle Cruise in Adventureland, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit drawing (with a pencil) the Walt & Mickey statue in the center of Main Street USA, and Donald in Tomorrowland.
