This pin features William "Bill" Sykes from Disney's animated feature film, Oliver and Company. He is standing with his right arm up in the air and his two dogs, Roscoe and DeSoto, standing in front of him. One is growling and the other is looking back at him. Bill Sykes is a businessman and the main antagonist in the movie. He is a loan shark who operates out of a warehouse by the docks. He is wearing his traditional outfit from the film.
