It features the villains, Maleficent, Evil Queen and Cruella de Vil. The background is blue and dark blue with fireworks, and with each character holding a balloon, 1 and two 0's. The silver plaque at the bottom has text "The Walt Disney Company 1923 - 2023" in black.
