Front Description
This pin was awarded to Cast Members at Disney Stores that had remained in the top tier for a specified amount of time. It is a gold-colored square pin with a raised Mickey head and Spotlight Star Disney Store written across it. The right ear of Mickey head has a Ruby in the middle. This looks to be a step beyond the Spotlight Star Diamond pin.
If a store continued to maintain "Top Tier" status from month to month additional pins were awarded to the cast members. These pins are shown by month and colour. If a store ever failed to achieve "top tier" status, they had to start over at the beginning. This was a rare pin that was manufactured in Canada rather than China.
The monthly pins are 3 Blue, 4 Red, 5 Green, 6 Purple, 7 Yellow, 8 Teal, 9 Black, 10 Copper, 11 Silver, Diamond, and Ruby.
