Front Description
Matte pewter finish oval pin with Mickey head silhouette on a starburst design with the word leadership at the bottom. This is similar to #10659 and #11437 but with no enamel or color added. This pin is a little smaller than the color version, 1" tall by 7/8" across. Comes with a congratulations card that has DISCOVERY... DIALOUGE... DECISIONS... THANKS FOR YOUR PART IN ALL THREE... AND YOUR COMMITTMENT TO ACTION, Lee. WALT DISNEY WORLD is a watermark in the background and ©Disney is in the lower left corner of the card. This pin was awarded to managers at WDW by Lee Cockrell.
From Another Member: I'm told this was produced in a short run of only 20 pins and was sort of a pre-production of the colored in version of the pin. This one is also slightly smaller.
