One of the monthly ATTRACTION MEDALLIONS pin series released at Shanghai Disney resort in 2019 and 2020. The first ten of the series were released monthly, with the 10th coming out in December 2019. Due to the COVID-19 shut-down, the 11th and 12th of the series were released in July 2020. Each medallion-style pin features an attraction at SDR with character in the foreground. The pin came in gold-tone, bronze, and copper.
This pin is 2 of 12 and features the STORYTELLERS STATUE. The statue features a young Walt Disney in a fedora and traveling attire - just off the train from Missouri and ready to realize his dreams. With him is his pal, Mickey Mouse, standing atop the trunk containing Walt’s belongings.
