This pin features Mr. Ray from "Finding Nemo" swimming to the left and smiling. It was released to commemorate the Academy Awards in 2004 where "Finding Nemo" won the award for Best Animated Feature.

 

This pin is exceedingly rare and was only available to Pixar employees. It came on a light blue backing card that says "Disney-Pixar Finding Nemo" at the bottom. There was another similar pin released for the Academy Awards featuring Crush the Turtle (pin #45900) that came on an identical backing card. It is uncertain whether these pins were released for employees attending the awards or was produced afterward.
