Mickey Mouse is sitting in a green Director's chair with his name on the back. Mickey is turned to the right with his legs hanging out the right side of the chair. He is white face and black eyed. (The cloisonne' pin is also known as the Actor Mickey.)

The pin measures 3/4" (19 mm) wide by 1 1/4" (31 mm) tall.
