Released on 16 Jan 2020, this is one of twelve Monthly pins from the STAR WARS FIRST ORDER SCOUTING series released in 2019-20 at Walt Disney World. Each pin has a round, red rim, with targeting marks on the sides (as if looking through a scope). These frames have been done in enamel with metal details. BLACK SPIRE OUTPOST is written at the top, BATUU (in Aurebesh) on the bottom. The black-and-white printed image with a red overlay is on a see-through sheet that's been riveted onto the back. Because of Covid shutdowns, a number of these monthly pins were released on shopDisney.com.
Concurrently, they released a similar Monthly pin series at DLR called STAR WARS FIRST ORDER RECONNAISSANCE. The DLR pins were square and black with similar styling.
This red pin features an AT-ST Walker standing in the outpost.
