Every year the Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim releases recognition award pins specifically for Cast Members who are top performers of the month. The theme for 2019 was Star Wars Vehicles. These pins are typically limited to anywhere from 80 to 200 pins (although edition sizes are not printed on them). This pin features an Nebulon B Frigate (aka EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate) seen moving to the right with the Rebel Alliance symbol to the right of the ship. The background of the pin is gold. At the bottom of the pin is a black banner with gold text: "MAGIC Measures 2019". "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC (WDTC) cast members are rated on: M – Make the reservation, A – Add personal service, G – Great guest service, I – Inform and educate guest on services, and C – Customize package.
