Pirates Skull with cross swords has yellow banner below that says Cross U Spring 2007. Cross U is a training program so that cast members know how to operate an alternative attraction. The pin is a gift of appreciation to the cast member who goes through this periodic training. It came on a commemorative thank you card from Greg Emmer, Sr. VP of Disneyland Operations.
