August 2023 Loungefly released the 4 pins NBC Town Hall booster celebrating the movie's 30th Anniversary as well as Christmas. Nothing of the Anniversary on the pins, only on the backing card. On this pin, the Mayor is forcibly smiling, turned slightly to the right. He has rolled up documents in his right hand and on his chest is an orange rosette with a yellow heart in which Mayor is written. He is wearing his black top hat that is larger than himself. Approximate pin dimensions: W 2.7 cm x H 7 cm. Set, Sally, Jack, Oogie Boogie, Mayor.
