Front Description
This nine-pin Friendship Boats set of 2013 Hidden Mickey pins was released in Wave A at Walt Disney World. The cut-out pins look like the eight Friendship boats which run between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, stopping at the resorts (Boardwalk, Beach Club, Yacht Club, Swan and Dolphin) between the two parks. The boats face right, showing windows on the fronts and sides. There are black and white stripes around the bottom of each boat. From there up, it’s the same design with a different color on the trim of each pin. The small Hidden Mickey icon is on the front of each boat, on the white stripe near the bottom. Pins were originally only available by trading with a cast member. In July 2013, pouches containing two random 2013 Hidden Mickey pins were available to purchase for $10.95.
The eight common pins include Friendship I (pink/blue), Friendship II (pink/blue), Friendship II (aqua/purple), Friendship III (blue/red), Friendship IV (yellow/orange), Friendship V (pink/aqua), Friendship VI (red/aqua), Friendship VII (aqua/red), and Friendship VIII (blue/yellow). An uncolored Friendship boat is featured on the silver Chaser pin.
