PP170871    Trader Mickey - Pre Production - January - Pin Trading 25th Anniversary Medals - Celebrating 25 Years of Disney Pins - Spinner

The first of twelve PIN TRADING 25th ANNIVERSARY MEDALS "Pin of the Month" pins released in 2025. Each pin is shaped like a laurel-wreath framed medal themed after the "Authentic Official Disney Pins" logo. There is a small lanyard ribbon at the top which adds to the "medal" design, printed on which is the Celebration logo. The pins were made in three different color schemes: red ribbon on a coppertone medal, purple ribbon on a silvertone medal, and school-bus yellow ribbon on a goldtone medal. The colors rotated throughout the year in the monthly releases. The character on the center is on a spinning disk. Each of the 12 pins was designed as a nod to a different type of collector.

In the center of this pin, released in January 2025, is a smiling Trader Mickey (wearing a blue t-shirt) holding a pin in his left hand. The pin has a red ribbon on a coppertone medal. The back of the spinner says PRE PRODUCTION. (This is not a PP pin, just a nod to collectors of Pre-Production pins.)

Characters include Mickey (red, Pre Production), Minnie (purple), Chip and Dale (yellow), Donald (red), Basil (purple), Tinker Bell (yellow), Kermit (red), Stitch (purple), Goofy (yellow) and three more.
