The round blue base and the top layer are fixed. The top layer features the numbers of the year in a square, each number a different color 2 purple, 0 mint, 2 green, 5 orange, all with a blue shadow. In between comes the movable part formed by 4 orange rotating circles, each showing a different picture in its center. There is Mickey, A Blue DLP castle, Minnie and the last has shows fireworks.
