This pin feature Angus MacBadger or Mr. Badger. He is a friend of Toad's deceased father and is strict with the immature Toad and he hopes that Toad's good qualities will prevail over his shortcomings. He is wearing a green suit coat with a colorful red and yellow scarf, light green vest, black tie, a brown Tam on his head and some spectacles resting on his nose.
