This is NICK WILDE from ZOOTOPIA inside his colorful window and windowsill blowing a pink bubble which is a stained glass element. Nick is in his Junior Rangers outfit and hat. The top of his Window is in the shape of the Pawsicle that Nick sells in Zootopia at the beginning of the move. The actual windowsill is orange with carrot orange spots.
