This is CHIP the black nosed chipmunk from the Chip and Dale duo. Chip is inside his colorful window and windowsill blowing a red bubble which is a stained glass element. The top of his Window has greenery and an Acorn. The rest of the window and windowsill look to be rustic wood with blue skies coming in through the windows. Chip is a pin-on-pin feature.
