Part of a four-pin set was released at the Japan Disney store in 2003 to celebrate Donald's birthday. The pins feature Donald and his nephews - Huey, Louie and Dewey) and display on a gold stand that has a solid base with a raised musical staff that has a spot for each pin to attach to. On the base is "Happy Birthday DONALD DUCK limited1000" in black.

 

This pin features nephew DEWEY, wearing a green jacket and straw hat and holding a present that is wrapped in pink gift paper and purple ribbons.
