Exactly the same pin as #4159, except that Mickey's eyes are white , his tongue is red and his mouth is black instead of pink like his flesh.

Note that even if the back reads the same "(c) Disney Arthus Bertrand Paris", the print is not located at the same place, so it's definitely a different pin.
