This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a "top performer for the month" during 2015. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale used to rate their WDTC cast members:

A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform and educate guest on services
C – Customize package
