This pin-on-pin design released during the DCL (Disney Cruise Line) Rescue Captain Mickey Pin Event featuring Captain Mickey, First Mate Minnie, and Sailors Donald, Pluto and Goofy. Goofy is holding a flag bearing the Cruise Line logo. Goofy and the flag are on a rivet and move back and forth to "make the flag wave".
