This BANNER AND PIN SET was released as part of the WDW 50th Anniversary celebration and was meant to display the Fab 50 Character pins (sold separately). The map is dark blue with various stylized icons and rides from the four parks and a black cord for hanging. The completer pin is a gold silhouette of Cinderella's Castle with the stylized 50 in the middle.
