The pin we're talking about is on the right; on the left is pin #4045, data sheet created by hanaeperez.
These two pins are similar, except that the smaller one is outlined in gold, and looks unsophisticated.

Is it a fantasy pin?
I don't think so, since it seems to be far more uncommon than the "big" pin.
Some official ED pins don't have any copyright, although most of fantasy ones do have one stamped on back.
