This is a Disney-licensed pin from IKNOWK's Princess Hinged Snow Globe series that was released exclusively in Korea.
This pin displays ELSA from Disney’s animated movie FROZEN. The front of the pin displays Elsa in the center sitting in her iconic long sleeved blue snowflake dress with its matching light blue and white snowflake cape as well as her snowflake heels. Her blonde hair is braided and pulled over her left shoulder. She is holding a snowflake with her arms bent so that her left hand is underneath the snowflake and her right hand is holding one side of the snowflake. There are cut outs on either side of her which shows off part of the glittery white and pink snow globe background of the pin.
The pin hinges up to reveal Elsa inside of the snow globe. She is outlined in silver. Her left arm is raised up and there are silver wisps and swirls of air, snow, ice, and snowflakes coming from her finger. Her other arm is pointed down and slightly behind her. The light blue base of the snow globe has some blue glitter and also the silver centered text “Disney Frozen”. The pin hinges down with a small magnet. The pin is made from soft enamel.
