Very similar to pin #8797.
Some differences (same green for hat, shirt and pants, gold feather...).
This one is stamped DISNEY A.B. (Arthus Bertrand, a famous french pins producer).
I guess it has been sold at Euro Disney in the 90s, but I can't certify that.
