Front Description
This pin is of Minnie Mouse in a formal (Sunday?) dress. She is in blue dress, blue hat with a pink bow on it, and yellow/black shoes and holding a blue umbrella/parasol. This pin was, presumably, inspired by Disney's short film "The Nifty Nineties".
This pin was released in Japan around July, 2001 - together with Mickey in Pink Tux pin (#6376).
If anyone have more info on this pin (and the correct name for those period costumes/accessories), please tell me. I'd be glad to correct my info.
