One of four pins in the four-pin HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICKEY MOUSE boxed set which was released in 2006 to celebrate Mickey's 78th birthday. Goofy, Donald, Mickey, and Humphrey the Bear are having a party, all dressed as members of the Mickey Mouse Club (complete with hats and t-shirts). The display box is a stylized vintage television and says LE500 on the back.

 

This pin features HUMPHREY THE BEAR holding a sign which reads "Happy Birthday Mickey Mouse 2006", has the MMC logo, and says "For all modern boys and girls". He's wearing a Mickey Mouse Club t-shirt and ear hat.
