One of four pins in the four-pin HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICKEY MOUSE boxed set which was released in 2006 to celebrate Mickey's 78th birthday. Goofy, Donald, Mickey, and Humphrey the Bear are having a party, all dressed as members of the Mickey Mouse Club (complete with hats and t-shirts). The display box is a stylized vintage television and says LE500 on the back.

 

This pin features the birthday boy himself, MICKEY MOUSE! Yea, Mickey! He's waving with his left hand and wearing a Mickey Mouse Club t-shirt and ear hat. (He's having so much fun that his eyes have crossed!)
