PP17798    Ariel, sitting with sea flower, small, translucent

Very familiar pose of Ariel (from "the Little Mermaid") sitting, hand in her lap, holding a green sea flower. Ariel is in mermaid form, wearing her purple shells.

While this pose is seen on many pins, this is a different drawing of the pose, with different hair (like pin 16676), and odd half-circle marks on the tail.

This pin is small (about 2.5 cm tall).

This pin is made of gold metal, and the acrylic colors are very bright. The green and green-yellow used on the tail are translucent and very pretty (the picture does not show this well).

I have no informtion on the history of this pin. I bought it from a pin trader in Canada.

This pin has no markings on the back.
