This is the commemorative pin for the Anaheim Mighty Ducks' first season.
The white Mighty Ducks duck-billed face mask faces left with a pair of yellow hockey sticks crossed behind it in an X. Behind that is an upsidedown triangle in dark blue with a black roundish shape in front. Behind all is an irregular shaped background in black with gold trim. "MIGHTY DUCKS" is across the top with "INAUGURAL SEASON" at the bottom. Released for the 1993-94 season, the pin has a longer post on the back, most likely used for Team Members & Staff as Tie Tacks or Lapel Pins.
