This pin was released on September 20th, 2025 at Disneyland Paris as part of their Halloween season releases. Similar design to PP177073 which was released at WDW and DLR. In the DLP design Donald is not standing on a black spot, his cape and horns are orange, and his open hand is empty. 

 

This pin features DONALD DUCK wearing a horned devil costume.
