One of the 11 real-cloisonne pins from the WORLD SHOWCASE MICKEY-ICON FLAGS series, released in 1997 and used through 1999, representing the different countries found in the WDW EPCOT World Showcase pavilions.
This pin features the flag of the United States of America (USA). One-third of the pin is blue with seven white stars or parts of a star. Two-thirds of it features red-and-white stripes (four red, three white).
This pin listing is for the real-cloisonne version with these measurements, this backstamp, and two pin posts. There are separate listings for the other versions of this World Showcase pin. However, this design has been released (and faked) many times through the years, in other sizes and with different backstamps. Please carefully check the dimensions and back of your pin before cataloguing. There may be slight differences in the number of stripes and stars, so look closely at your pin.
