This pin was distributed, in very limited quantities, exclusively to cast members on Disney's Studio Operations team (in this case, specifically for the release of "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker"). The Studio Operations department handles international releases of Disney movies. Among other jobs, the team translates audio, graphics, and subtitles, to make movies accessible across multiple languages and in various markets.

This pin is triangular in shape with convex, curved sides. It features an X-wing as viewed from overhead, with a line of stars starting at the right edge of the pin and marching up and to the left.  The central X-wing, stars, and the base metal of the pin are all gold.  The background is a dark blue with a glossy coat over it.  Four additional smaller X-wing silhouettes can be seen in light blue against the background.  At the bottom, in white text, are the words STUDIO OPERATIONS.
