Obviously Pumba has done or said something extremely dumb, judging by the look on Timons' face and his hands on his hips. He is from "The Lion King". This one, I believe was European in origin and not to be confused with the new 24199, as this one is not cloisonne and I had it long before the release date of the newer one.
