One of two pieces from the STITCH PIN AND LANYARD MEDALLION set released in 2022 at the Disney Parks. The pin and medallion came together on a card, and both feature that mischievous blue alien looking very cute.

 

This LANYARD MEDALLION features a grinning Stitch happily bursting through paper, with both arms flung out to the side. The medallion is suspended from a heavy silver, lobster-claw clasp.
