One of ten HOLIDAY GIFT pins released at Disney Stores (in-person and onlin) on 4 Nov 2019. Each pin came in a white-and-gold gift box with a "To/à" and "From/de" gift tag at the top.

 

This pin features WINNIE THE POOH hanging (via chain) from a red balloon which reads NOBODY CAN BE UNCHEERED WITH A BALLOON.
