This pin looks like it's unauthorized but were authorized by a Disney licensee. The licensee is called "France Souvenirs" and they were a Disney licensee about in the early 1990's. These pins were made by them and were recently found in storage. Mickey has no eyeballs! There are different colors for this pin.
